It was hosted by Vidya Balan and Karan Johar. had performances from Akshay Kumar, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor and Vivek Oberoi. ALong with Himesh Reshamiya. (Although the award show was conspicuous by the absence of the Bacchan brigade including all the Bacchan family and the Hrithiks.)
